How do I Post My Boards ?

Posting Outdoor  ad boards on BookMyBillboards is very easy and takes not more than 60 seconds. Simply follow the steps below to understand the Post Ad boards flow better.
Step 1: Click on the “Add New Media”  button on the left side of “My Profile”

 

Step 2: Select Package whether we are Choosing “Free” or “Paid”  Package,
Based on your preference Select Package and finish the Package option then click on the “Dashboard”  Option.

 

 

 

Step 3:

Board Details

Enter Board Location Name and City (Ex: Railway Station Road, Delhi) Location Name and City Name First Letter Should be Capital remains small.

Enter Full Description About Your Media and Location importance (No text limits for Full Description enter Clear and Perfect information)  Give enough information of your Board to help a potential client know more about your Board and help your chances of getting good responses.
Step 4:  Select Category & Sub Category
Choose the Right category, Status and Label as given above to
match the Media Type or service you wish to Ad Space sell or board sale. For eg. If you are selling Billboard AD Space, then you should post your Board in the category 1.Billboards Sections (Billboard / Hoardings) ,if Board Available now Select AD-Space Available  and Label should be Your Preference.

Step 5:  Enter Rent or Sale Price

Enter Board Rent Cost for Month or Board Sale Price  (ex: 20,000) do enter Currency Symbol calculate amount in Your Currency.

 

 

 

Step 6:  Enter Board Dimensions 

Enter Exact Media Dimensions Total Area Size (Width x Height) ex: 40 Wx 25H jointly , Board Total Sq feet, Width and Height enter Separately and Select Date That Vacant Board Available From, if you have Video file of board or Board location Share URL in Video URL Section then Click Next..

Step 7: Upload Pictures of the Boards

You have the option of uploading up to 6 pictures of your Product to make the Ad more attractive. The first image will be used as a cover photo wherever the Ad appears across the site. Ads with pictures attract 50% more responses maximum size of the image is 10mb. After Uploading Images Click on Next..
Step 8: Select Board Additional Features
Select Your Media Additional Features.. Please Tick the Box..and Click “Next”
Step 8: Enter Exact Media Location to google map
Please Enter Exact Media Location (Ex: Building Name or Exact places which already Existed in Google Geo Location )
While Typing in the Address box it will Show all Country Location Auto fill select Address It will  Auto fill the Remaining City, State and Country, if you want to enter Neighborhood Enter Manually . Select Google Street View to Show.. Then Click on Next 
Step 8: Fill The 360 Degree Virtual Tour Code
Copy and Paste the Location 360 Degree Code from GoogleMaps
Step 9: Enable or Disable Artwork Plan for Your Board
If you Enable Share the Artwork Plan Preferences and Sizes include Image Diagram with Sample of Old Creatives.. Click Next..
Step 10: Enter Any Private Notes to Admin (It will Not Display for Public
Enter any private message to your site admin which will appears to only Web Site  Owners.. Click Next To Finish  the Add Board Process..

What do I need to do if my location is not in the list?

If your Board Exact  location is not present on Bookmybillboards  Address Form, you may enter the location closest to you in the list. Mentioning your correct location will help people who see your Ad boards  know where you, your board is located.

How long do Ad Boards stay after being posted on Bookmybillboards?

Ad Boards Posts stay live on the site for 365 days after which they expire automatically and are not displayed as a part of the live ads on site. You will get Ad Expiry reminders before 15 days and before 24 hours of the Board Post expiry date. You can extend your Membership duration by reporting your Membership Plan after its expiry, from My Account. You can even, Edit,  delete your  boards in “My Media” by logging in.

How do I know if someone is interested or has replied to my Board requirements?

Those interested in your Boards select the Request button on the View Board Page, fill in the required details like email, name, and message with their contact details and you would receive an email. After you receive the email message and we have direct message option Customer will directly in chat with you through our Platform live chat, you can choose to respond and give additional information Campaign duration or any other.

Users also have the option to contact you on phone. You can give your contact details on My Profile only if you wish to do so in the Board description area of the post page. If you put your phone number, the interested parties can directly contact you.

Why isn't there a Book My Billboards for the Country I live in?

Book My BIllboards Company operating Outdoor Advertising Media Country wise, Our Websites will be Redirect to Country wise based on the users country Internet IP Address, If you think there should be a Billboards Online Booking Bookmybillboards site for the Country you live in, then please send your name, suggestion and comments to info@bookmybillboards.com and Bookmybillboards.com Home page allows all other countries Outdoor Media Listings.

Is there any limit on Posting Ad Boards?

In a Free Membership Plan with Each Registered Member will able to  post up to 50 different Ad Boards Annually. Any duplicate ads or the same ad posted more than once will be deleted. In Paid Membership Plan Unlimited Postings and Featured Boards available Annually.

How do I find an Boards for a specific Location on Book My Billboards?

Step 1: Location Name Search

To find a Outdoor Media Boards  for a specific Location or City on BookMyBillboards, you need to enter relevant or exact location Name keywords in the “Location” search bar shown below and Select available Boards in your preferred Radios Search Select Millimeter Surrounding Search.  It will display results matching the same.

Search the media location, City and State vise, once you have finished Searching of Outdoor media to find enquiry form and are ready to complete your booking, move your cursor to the Contact form Right side bar of the screen and click on the “Send Message” button. You will then be transferred to our secure server and asked to create a new account or Login into Your Account.

How do I view what’s in Favorite Media?

To view the contents of Favorite Media, click on the “Favorite Media” icon in the bottom-right corner of every media in grid or list view. Once you click on this   icon, Find Your Favorite Media in My Account Dash Board

Will you help me design my billboard?

Click on Creative and Art work plan we will show basic Guidelines for Design artwork but we wont provide your artwork, we are only outdoor media providers, right now this service not available here.

How do I add items to Compare Media?

You want to Compare Boards Options and Cost, Click on the + Symbol at the bottom of every Media, Our Compare media Option allows 2,3 or 4 Boards Comparisons. Media Specifications,and Cost everything this feature   will give best option in choosing a Media

What is the minimum duration of a campaign?

Our traditional Outdoor Media programs require typically a minimum term of 1 month. However, most programs run 3 months to a year for many reasons, the most obvious of which is savings per month per board (Discounts on long-term campaigns). Strategy, campaign objectives, and budget are the main factors in determining a campaign length.

What are your online booking and service charge rates?

No extra charges for online booking after booking conformation service tax or any other government regulations tax allowed on total amount as per government conditions.  All booking media costs are calculated under those country tax module.

What are your payment options?

We accept Three kind of payment methods 1) Direct Transform to Account    2) Cheque payments 3) Paypal, Stripe of major as well as chequs, Net banking transfers (for nonlocal customers only), and Purchase Orders (P.O.) from incorporated organizations.

All checks submitted for payment should be made payable to “Hellooh.LLC.” and must be drawn from any bank account pay. Any international checks received that are drawn from an international bank will be returned. Also, when placing an order with a check, please be sure to add the appropriate government tax .

How can I obtain review of my campaign on the booking duration?

After hosting of your creative, campaign starting day and ending day we will send hosted photo copies of proofs (Soft to mail address and hard to billing address), we will insert in “Campaigns” Option at Bottom of our website.

Can I “cancel” a booking after conformation and payment?

Any cancellations after received payments after 30 days of the original invoice date will be refused.  Unavailability of the media after conformation must be reported and/or returned within 3 days of invoice date.

Returns or Media Booking Cancellation must be made per invoice; invoices cannot be combined. Requests must be made in writing mail and letter sent to: info@bookmybillboards.com, support@helloooh.com.
